I have 26 years of experience in managing production and packaging units. My last tenure was 5 years Dubai where in I was designated as "Operations Manager" and was responsible for starting a tea packaging and warehousing unit for the government of Dubai.

Along with it quality was also my responsibility and managed to get certificates that met the international requirements.

Before this I had worked for organisations like JV Gokal & Co Private ltd and Duncans Inds Ltd.

For the last 15 years I have been heading projects and units and some of them were labor intensive. Being a head of unit budgeting, cost control, improving efficiency along with MIS reports was my responsibility.
