Jagadeesan Rajaguru

After graduated (B.Sc) in 1983, I worked here and there for around 4 years. I joined in Tanfac Industries Limited (A unit belongs to Aditya Birla Group) In September 1987 temporarily and worked in their new projects and made permanent in June 1989. Initially worked in Operations & materials Departments and started my career in HR in the year 1995 as Junior Officer. I completed my MBA-HR and MA Public Administration and looked after Attendance and Payroll, maintaining complete life cycle of employees, Change Management, Training process and as a Trainer. I was a guide for MBA and MSW students and helped them to prepare their project reports. I left the organization voluntarily in November 2016 for starting HR Consultancy Service. We entered into a partnership contract and being a Managing partner initiating actions as planned.
