My Professional skills are as folowsIdentifying Guest complaint through EGCC and Social media (Trip Advisor) and creating Training Needs Identification for staff to achieve outstanding service delivery to Guests.
Weekly and Monthly Learning service Reports
Coordination with other departments within the hotel to provide on the Job training to associate.
Coordination with Hotel Management Institutes for ODC
Update and maintain walls of learning.
Work closely with Departmental Learning Coordinators for departmental reports.
Responsible for the Recruitment Process of Industrial Trainees.
Preparing Stipend of Industrial Trainees.
Preparing training schedule for Industrial Trainee’s and Vocational Trainee’s
Online Induction of New Joiners.
Conduct DGA (Designated Guest Associates) program for all associates.
Organize interdepartmental induction for New Joiner’s.
Organize classroom sessions.
Coordination with other departments while conduction Learning Campaigns and Learn Festivals.
Audits of major departments i.e. Front Office, Food Production. Housekeeping and F&B Service
