Provides Control Systems Engineering support to Material Handling systems: Overheard Cranes, Paint Booth, Tank Line Process System, CMC ( Composite Manafucturing Center) Frederickson, Watertreatment, and MCC controls. These systems run Allen-Bradley hardware, and Rockwell Automation Software PLC and FactoryTalk HMI applications.
Writes design criteria document, design specification for acquiring new equipments or modification of existing equipment systems.
Reviews supplier proposals and provides evaluation feedback to supplier management to select qualified vendor
Works with other engineering teams in our organization and our customer to resolve technical and process issues limiting production.
Provides engineering supports to maintenance techs, electerician and mechanics with technical support,
Supports production customers in configuration of systems and any training required for the production operators.
