* Business Analysis – Formulate Analysis Plans, Develop Questionnaires, Client/User Interactions, Requirements Gathering, GAP Analysis, Quality & Control checks, Data Interpretations, Data Mining, Report Generation & Make Actionable Recommendations

> Additional Activities
* Liaising between the client’s business and application development teams;
* Analyze & document business process flows in Visio; both regular and stage-wise using swimlanes
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as required to monitor the progress
* Experience at Advanced Excel concepts; Pivot tables, Vlookup, Graphs, Conditional formatting
* Experience at Power point presentations; Master slide formatting & animations
* Experience at handling multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
