My Experience includes 10 years working in a Contact Center operations.
Most recently, I worked on the Contact Center Team Leader in DMCC, where my responsibilities included managing the contact Center team, training, coaching, reporting and evaluating the team members
Previously, I worked within Raya Contact Center and Motor Care Egypt with similar duties and different industries such as motor insurance, automotive, real estate, and telesales.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable sales skills of contact center solutions during working with MAK Technologies as senior executive business development.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in, Call Center applications, MS office and CRM applications.
