Having worked within the industry for 2.6 years with continuation, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet and exceed the expectations for the role.
I am currently working as a Quality Engineer in UTTAM STRIPS LTD, sister concern of UTTAM GALVA STEELS LTD). I have many achievements including overall management of Quality, Production as well as Costumer Complaints. Initiating a new process of Material Auditing while processing at costumer end for skill development as well as to overcome the customer complaints of (JP Drums, Havells Ltd, Orient Ltd, JBM, Venus Pvt Ltd, Pooja Metals, Avon Tube Ltd). Beside this I have worked with similar position in KAPOTECH INDUSTRIES, OEM Vendor of Auto & Farm Equipment's where I have achieved overall management of Production, Quality & Design Development. i.e. Sample Inspection & Product Auditing while assembling the parts to overcome customer complaints (Mahindra Swaraj Tractor, Indo-farm Tractor, Ace tractors, Sonalika Tractors & Tractors & another Farm Equipment’s).
During both jobs, I have demonstrated my ability in reducing production costs and streamlining the production process by applying knowledge of various quality tools such as PFMEA, ISO Standards, Six-Sigma, SPC, D.O.L,7QC Tools & Kaizen Implementation, Poka Yoke as a team member. Beside this I have also associated with Trainingcenter for 1 year with continuation as a Design Engineer Trainee at Auto desk for (Auto cad, Solid works & Uni graphics NX-10) Before joining the organization.
It clearly demonstrates my leadership & communication skills and an ability to work efficiently under stressful situations that have helped me prove my worth and be a resourceful employee for the organization.
