I am Himanshu Gupta, a corporate professional indulged in the profile of marketing/ branding for a pharmaceutical company.

I am actively looking for some challenging opportunity in the field of marketing, brand building/strategy or business development. The nature of my profile enables me to effectively carry out these roles.

I am a pharmacy graduate along with an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai. I had carried out Market Research Project with my previous employer i.e Macleods Pharmaceutical Limited as an intern and presented a thesis along with a presentation on the findings and conclusions, because of which I was offered a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) from the company. Since then, I have been employed with the same employer for past 3 years now. During my fruitful tenure in the company, I have learnt skills like brand management, business development, brand strategy, market research (both primary and secondary), brand promotion, along with Microsoft Office. For them, I had done brand strategics, making brand promotional activities and following up on the same with the field-force, along with field trips pan India to make sure we maintain constant relationships with the major stakeholders i.e the physicians, stockists and retailers. I have also launched an SKU for my existing brand that enabled me to know how exactly a brand launch works and what aspects do we have to keep in mind. Along with this, I have taken training of the field force. I was picked up by our Training Head to assist him in providing training to the field force. Also, I have carried out pan India campaigns for my brand to enable proper sales for the product.
