BP Migas – BP - Indonesia - Tangguh Exploration & Appraisal Project (TEAP)
• Direct responsibility for all QA / QC functions coordinating 30 Worldwide Inspectors at vendor and contractor shops across Indonesia, Malaysia, Europe, UK and the United States.
• Reviewing of contractor and vendor bid documents, auditing of vendors and contractors premises
• Reviewing and assessing reports, sanctioning repairs and reworking reports from TPI’s

LUK Oil – Enter Engineering - Uzbekistan
• Managing project DCC, HSE and QHMS processes with all meetings and documentation delivered in Russian for a project encompassing 11 sites across 2 regions
• Appointed to deliver main header line of 72Km of 42 inch pipeline, pump stations, pipe racks

Parsons E&C Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Saudi Chevron Philips Expansion
• Coordinating QA / QC activities across 5 work faces – New Plant, Old Plant Expansion, Storage Tank Build, Pipeline Build and Flow Lines from port to the new plant
• Working under 5 different standards / specifications for the individual authorities concerned.
• Managing different work forces in line with 5 different clients sub contracted to main contractor, total 20 Inspectors and supervision various nationalities.

Qatargas Ras Laffan Qatar – Common Sulphur Project
• Delivering a highly complex sulphur project plant to include storage and transfer facilities managing client QA and overseeing standards for 4 contractor and 6 vendors

Government of Iraq – Crescent Petroleum Project – Khor - MOR Kurdistan
• Recruited to resolve project difficulties across a high profile LPG recovery plant project
• Appointing a new contractor to resolve project problems and identify issues / solutions
• Assessing construction progress and requirements and implemented new procedures, setting up pre-commission, certification and allied document control procedures for all disciplines to reach plant MCC
