I have more than 12.6 years of IT experience across PeopleSoft Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Data Warehouse/ ETL.
I have around 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS and Finance as a Functional consultant, Business analyst. I worked on the following modules in HRMS; Setup HRMS, Core HR, Workforce Administration (WFA), Workforce Development, Profile Management, Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway, Performance Management (ePMS), Position Management, Absence Management, PeopleSoft Security, Benefit Administration, Enterprise Service Automation (ESA), exposure to Global Payroll and well as in Asset Management, General Ledger. I have been trained on PeopleSoft Upgrade by Oracle and so far worked on 4 upgrade projects from 8.0 to 9.2.
In Project Management (Global Delivery Model), I have perform various roles like Client Management, Stakeholder Management, Resource Management, Talent & Competency Management, Task Management, Budgeting & Estimation, Risk Management, Vendor Management, Change/Configuration Management and Conflict Management.
I have been involved in designing and Implementing HRIS/ HRMS solution and well versed in preparing Project Plan, Milestone plan, Use Cases, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and expertise in SIT/UAT Support. Also, I have worked more than 4 years in Agile Scrum methodology.
