• Dealing with budget, progress and costs.
• Good knowledge of Structural and Civil Codes (Cost Codes, Resource Codes,..) ‎
• Ability to deal with the office team and construction team -Good communication skills- ‎verbal and ‎written. ‎
• Excellent using of different office computer softwares; Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point; ‎Ms ‎Project
• Excellent dealing with AutoCAD and Primavera. ‎
• Good understanding and good dealing with costing techniques and calculations.‎
