1. Leading the Product Support Team for Scania P 410 & P 380 Trucks at Singrauli Region
(480 No. Trucks).
2. Daily inspection the running vehicles with Customer and Dealer. Make the daily job card or
back lock for problem which is found in daily inspection.
3. Collect daily basis HMR & KMR and analysis the upcoming maintenance and parts
replacement.
4. Diagnosing to get root cause of product failures and making investigation reports
(RCA) at Site.
5. Conduct trials on-site with new introduction of mining Trucks.
6. Assist Scania R&D with field data and trial reports to betterment of mining Trucks for
better Productivity.
7. Provide Technical Support to Dealer (L & T) and Customers (VPR & BGR).
8. Making the Monthly report for Scania Trucks-Availability report, Fuel Consumption,
MTTR, MTBF, Utilization, Parts Consumption etc.
9. Developing and Implementing Maintenance Procedures, Condition monitoring for
Maintaining Scania Trucks and Buses.
10. Resolve Technical Problems at very faster rate thus by minimizing the Downtime.
11. Meeting with customer to build up the Customer rapport and to get the level of customer sat
isfaction.
12. Sustaining and improving reliability, machine operation, maintenance, and system
documentation for a leading equipment.
13. Audits on Dealer Infrastructures, Warranty Claims, Special tools & Equipment’s, parts Stoc
k and Documentation ( Service Check Sheet, Job Card, Service Report).
14. Ensuring Float stocks at dealer end to prompt service to customer.
15. Planning the spare parts and maintain the parts inventory.
16. Provide the technical support to searching the correct part no and Making the Failure report.
