Adv. Diploma in Computer Programming & Application from Raj Rif Computer Center at Delhi Cantt. 2002 and also having good Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Adept at installation, supporting, troubleshooting and solving problems in small to medium sized networks consisting of Win98, Windows 2k, and Windows 2007 and Xp and installation of other Operating Systems and software’s.
I near about Nine years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR (Recruitment and Resourcing) in Infrastructure Sector. During this period worked in Business Development / HR related activities of various types of projects including Roads & Highways, Railway, Water Resources etc. Responsible for Recruitment and Resourcing of Key Professional for various private & Government clients like NHAI, MPRDC, MORT&H, HSRDC, RVNL etc. as per the specifications. Searching/Sourcing of Curriculum Vitae from various job portals (Naukri, Naukrigulf, Linkedin etc) for inclusion in technical bids and for replacement of personnel in on-going projects. Liaising with the candidate (remuneration part and other HR activities), conduct telephone interviews to access candidate for job match, follow-up with key experts for getting certificates, consent and signature etc.. Development of database for CVs and relevant project list/ sheets, formatting & compilation of CVs. Responsible for entire recruitment activities, searching of curriculum vitae from various job portals. Preparation of comparison statements of the originally proposed candidate and the proposed replacement candidate. Conduct telephone interviews to access candidate for job match
