I Ms. Harshada Bondre; currently working for L & T Construction as ‘Technical manager’ for pan India residential projects for both Elite to mass housing. Elite project ranging from 230m to 280m high with all modern amenities.
I have been associated with company for 5years, and joined as a ‘Design Manger’ for one of their elite project called “AHUJA TOWER”. Being a site based design manager work closely with the execution team, also did execution after as job demanded.

My core competency are;
• Technical support - Due diligence of any material required for finishes trade and drafting right methodology of its application based on product used.
• Design management- Co-ordination with all the stakeholder of the project and resolving project issue by co-ordination with Client, PMC, Consultant, Site based team for. Also generation of execution data like Shop dwg, co-ordinated MEP dwg, finishes matrix, Finishes schedule, logistic plan, quantification plan. Apart from this estimating variation, making DPR (daily progress report), MPR (Monthly progress report), Material consumption reports.
• Procurement of various finishes package- like Dry wall, Aluminium/Timber/Metal doors & windows, Tile/ marble flooring & cladding along with their bouquet items, Suspended ceilings.
• Vendor empanelment- Shortlisting of vendors based on pre-qualification report.
• Apart from it well versed with Façade design & installation and MEP services (ELE, FPS, HVAC & PHE).
Being an Architect and site based Design manger can anticipate and resolve issue related to construction.
I am proficient in software like Autocad, MSP, Primavera, Revit /BIM & Microsoft office.
