Perform machining on CNC lathe as well as VTL Machines of Live Spindle.
Program making and conduct trail of program on all machine of body cell.
Proove out 1st job as per cycle time in machine.
Fixture modification , Maintenance and manufacturing of new locators as per jobs.
Providing programming ,tooling, fixture and locators support to body cell.
Handle all VTL, CNC, (Primer 40, primer 125, You shine 80,You-shine 1600 You-ji 1000+ATC+C, WIDMA 850-VM+C Live Spindle , You-ji CNC.) in body cell.
When manpower shortage handle any above machine as per job urgency.
Making all types of co-ordinates drawings on Auto cad as per requirment
Check material as per production order and heat no. as per given in production order.
Programming(Fanuc control),setting,operating all machines. This includes
Checking daily maintenance sheet includes coolant oil level, hydraulic oil level, machine cleanliness, lubrication oil level, air pressure.
Do 5S around Machine area.
Check load from Daily load plan.
Start work- as per plan
Check drawing
Identifying how to machine- means selecting sequence of operation.
To select proper tool.
Then do setting for that job.
Make programs using various types of cycles, G code,m code.
Then check program properly.
Process (operation) details when machined a blank material into finished or final product.
Check offset.
Facing rough ( To remove excess material to maintain total length.
Turning rough (outer diameter).
Boring rough (Internal Diameter).
Threading (16 UN , 12 UN, 8 UN, Matrix threading.)
Grooving (face , internal, outer, RTJ grooving.)
Drilling.
Developing new job (API Certified) as per requirement of customers.
Developing fixture and locators acoording to job geometry.
Selecting proper parameters, tools for producing of new job to increase productivity and quality.
Taking trial on CNC lathe for new tool, insert, drill to increase productivity, reduce production time.
Giving proper speed, feed as per material for increase life of insert, tool and also reduce cycle time.
Handling machine maintenance, including checking oil levels and temperature.
Meeting production target and to increase productivity.
Give training to freshers about operating of CNC machines (CNC & VTL Machine).
Maintaining 5s, Quality of produced job with daily target.
Filling up daily production sheet, tool breakage report, tool insert life card.
Setting knowledge of pneumatic as well as manual indexing tool and tool holder .
all type tool eg. Grooving , threading , boaring tools with there proper selection .
