• Over 30+ years of experience comprising of 23 years in Refinery operation and 8 years in Natural Gas based Fertilizer Plant. Mainly of Commissioning, Start up, Shutdown, Revamp, Turnaround and normal Operations. Experienced in Hydrocracker, Fluidised Catalytic Cracking unit, Gas Concentration Units, Naphtha Hydro treater, Naphtha Reformer, CCR, Splitter and PSA. Hydro finishing, Paraffin Wax, vacuum Filtration, Reformer, Sour gas treatment, Amine treatment, Sour water treatment, Pelletizer unit, propylene, poly-butene, MEK feed, Ammonia plant, Power plant, APV, pelletiser, API separators, IGF and Utilities Operations
• Sufficient experience in managing entire Refinery process and utilities operations with an aim to accomplish corporate plans & goals successfully
• Used instincts, insight, judgement, and timing to succeed on tough deals and took process improvement initiatives to achieve maximum efficiency in various operations
• A keen strategist & implementer aiming at achieving timely project completion, profit & business growth objectives for increase in top line and bottom line in rapid change environments.
• Demonstrated abilities in conducting briefing & debriefing of each shift and ensuring that the staffs are updated on all operational matters including troubleshooting and contingency planning.
• Trained operators in CPCL India, Yasref Operators and the Operators for the Upcoming Jazan Refinery at Saudi Arabia.
• Possess excellent problem solving, communication, team management and time management skills.
