A senior professional with a rapidly progressive career of 22 years, I have gained considerable expertise in the various facets of supply chain management, procurement, rail/road logistics, vendor management, inventory management with adherence to statutory regulations across various organizations along with the ability to support multiple & simultaneous projects as per commercial terms and conditions. Over the years, I have been associated with reputed industry leader like JSW Cement Limited, UltraTech Cement Limited, HIL Limited & Rain Industries Limited, in various capacities and in different geographies in India.

With business strategy formulation, vendor relationship management, process enhancement, operations management, communication and problem solving as my forte, I’ve been able to turn around operations and scale them to profitability. I have been able to build & maintain long standing relations with vendors, governmental authorities, key decision makers, functional departmental Heads and Partners to facilitate alignment of organizational objectives with individual productivity.

Acknowledged competencies in concluding purchase contracts for - raw materials, high value rail/road logistic contracts and administrative purchases - on most competitive terms; adept in enforcing long-term agreements and bulk pricing to avail quantity discounts and avoid rampant price escalations.
