Hari Nair

Mr. Hari Nair is a Project Director with over 22 years’ of hands on experience in the MEP Sector in India and the Middle East .He has demonstrated career track record of executing various project portfolios, including many iconic projects in the Middle East like Qatar Petroleum District, Education City, Mall of Qatar, Sidra Medical & Research Center, "Lusail Smart City Infrastructure Development”, “Qatar National Library” etc, to name a few.
He has extensive expertise in the overall Project management of Construction, Testing & Commissioning of complex MEP Systems inside Systems in large mixed use facilities, including Shopping Malls, High-rise Buildings, Modern State of the Art Library Buildings, SCADA Control Rooms, Data Centers, EHV/HV Substations, Underground Cable networks, MEP Systems in Large Hydro Electric & Diesel Power stations etc. Also expert in the installation, Testing & Commissioning of Off-Grid and On-Grid Solar Photo Voltaic Power Plants.
He is very adept in managing multiple projects spanning across multiple sites/locations
simultaneously. He is well-versed in developing and enforcing standardized project
protocols, processes, procedures, and project management templates. Present project review meetings to provide regular updates on project performance to
executive board. Act as liaison to key stakeholders, as well as implementing effective
communication channels between clients and project personnel to ensure smooth
operating to cost and timescale. Financial responsibility (P&L) and liaising with finance
department. Controlling project schedule, costs and expenditures, and working to
maximize profitability. Actively participate in the evaluation, and selection process of new
projects and oversight of company project pipeline, including prioritization
of newly defined projects.
