I have done MBA in Human Resource Manager from Delhi Institute of Management Studies. I have 18 years of experience in HR. I worked various hotel brand i.e. Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Taj Hotels & Resorts, Carlson Hotels etc. I have 14 years of experience in Hospitality Industry.

I have played various role in various hotels i.e. Attendance Management, Leave Management, Payroll Management, Recruitment & Selection, Joining formalities, Basic Induction & Training, Performance Management System, Employees Engagement Activities, Employees Welfare Activities, Payroll & Compensation, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Policies & Procedure, Statutory Compliance, Probation & Confirmation, Contract Labour Management, Exit Formalities, Grievance Handling, Monthly MIS Report etc.

Presently I am working with Magnum Ventures Limited as HR Manager since May 2016. It a Paper manufacturing company and it has a hotel unit also (Country Inn & Suites by Carlson).
