I have rich Facility Administration/ operational, safety security experience with Technical background. In my 30 years of experience, presently I am working with world’s largest Home Furniture and furnishing Solution Provider IKEA, large developer (DLF, Gurgaon), Expat community as FM, (American Embassy School, Delhi) and corporate (Sapient Corporation) in addition to initial 15 years in Military service. I have working knowledge with different stakeholders for Legal and statutory compliances.

In the present assignment in IKEA India as Country Facility Manager, I was part and instrumental in the following projects
• Contracted a single pan India, Integrated Facility Management (IFM) service Provider.
• Defined clearly & prepared detailed SOW (scope of work), KPI, for FM functions; for all IKEA owned & leased Offices and organization; to attain single responsible and accountable service provider for efficient functioning.
• Implemented Global FMSP (facility management service provider) project, with clear scope and responsibilities.
• Set up and formalized IKEA India Facility Management Organisation at Service office, Store and Distribution Centre level.
• Provided Inputs to design, construction and projects for FM operations and support to other stake holders, IKEA Food, Safety & Security, Customer relations and Logistics.
• Short listed Waste Management agency & Waste handling equipment and placed the process in practice for ‘0% waste to Landfill’ target.
I am conscience person who works hard and pays attention to details, I am flexible and quick to pick up new skills and learn from others with enthusiasm with addition of my own ideas.
