13 years experience bilingual, Egyptian. As Internal Audit Manager/ financial controller is responsible for establishing and executing internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures, ensuring all audit findings are analyzed and reporting determine business trends This includes reviewing and approving all invoices to be paid, as well as reviewing accounts receivable aging reports., responsible for follow up collections on invoices, Also supervision monthly stocktaking/inventory count and ensure that internal control applicable for stores and inventories. As financial controller responsible for ensuring that all accounting allocations are appropriately made based on GAAP or IFRS and documented, oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, and payroll and bank reconciliation. Involved to evaluate and providing financial advice for banking &finance activities. This includes negotiating lines of credit and vendor agreements, as well as reviewing all financial contracts, financing agreements and insurance policies. Review and audit preparing financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports ,and budgets, budget-to-actual and financial projections. Prepare financial analysis and providing expert financial perspective and opinions preparing financial analysis playing instrumental in helping to assess risk, have Knowledge of GAAP-IFRS&IAS Using(Quick books-Peachtree–Knowledge of working in ERP/ACCPAC and ERP//IDS environment......... Immediately available8 Years Experience in UAE & Gulf .
