Al Mashariq Company for construction in Saudi Arabia working with Saudi Electrical Company (Al Khozama substation project 132/13.8 KV) & (Qassim project 380/132/13.8 KV).

Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace inspections to detect unsafe or unhealthy working conditions, and ensured compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Ensure that personnel at site had a sound understanding of the safe job analysis, their personal roles, responsibilities, and the requirements. Correct noncompliant staff members and train them immediately to ensure understanding.
• Conduct and observe Emergency and Security Drills, to identify the potential improvement areas.
• Conduct frequent walk-through inspections on all tools and equipment.
• Audited the tracking of rig generated waste (cuttings, waste oil, general waste, etc.) to ensure that cradle to grave is documented.

• Enforce EARTH and ARAMCO Safety Standards.
• Ensure emergency procedures are established.
• Contribute in toolbox Safety meetings.
• Reporting accidents / near misses and conducting investigations.

Responsibilities:
• Conducted frequent walk-through inspections on all tools and equipment on rig.
• Audited the tracking of rig generated waste (cuttings, waste oil, general waste, etc.) to ensure that cradle to grave is documented.
• Recorded accidents at location and pointed out safety hazard and suggested different ways to fix them.
• Participated in incident investigations, Root Cause / Taproot analysis and supported the development of related documentation.
• Participated in JSA’s to ensure quality JSA’s are effectively implemented by all personnel.
• Prepare & issue Project HSE Audit Schedule.
