• CPA, CA, CIMA (UK), B.Com Honours qualified,
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards
• Exceptional cash and treasury management skill with knowledge of banking products
• Expertise in M&A, with high level interaction with internal and external stakeholders (3 acquisitions amounting to A$ 7 Billion)
• Sound understanding of logistics, including warehousing, transportation and insurance
• Australian tax expertise, lodging BAS, IAS, PAYG and PAYG withholding, pursuant to practical training with a firm of tax accountants
• Quick to grasp an overview of the business, acquire detailed knowledge of the various inputs, outputs and key business drivers and their impact on financial performance
• Hands-on experience in ORACLE and MYOB
• Highly skilled in advanced EXCEL applications including pivot tables, charting and complex LOOKUP functions
