I would like to introduce my self as a Professionally qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with 28 years of experience at Kuwait, with deep knowledge and skills working within in the Right of Way for Infra-Structure/Utilities & Highways under Services Ministries and Authorities. Major strength involves resolving all kind of issues in co-ordination with various Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Services Ministries. A highly efficient, hardworking and talented design engineer with a comprehensive understanding of design processes, and also vast experience in construction and maintenance of infra-structure/utilities as per Authority Standards.
All of my experience are at mega international projects with a big scale ( Multi-Million Dollar Projects ) within the design and construction and maintenance fields of projects including structure and infra-structure elements ( bridges, elevated roads, underpasses, service roads, highways & infrastructure/utilities ) working as a member of the team work with international companies and contractors under the supervision of international consultants .
