An ITIL oriented IT professional with 15+ years of IT experience on designing, building, operating, and optimizing IT Infrastructure solutions, establishing enterprise architectures, defining IT policies, processes and procedures.
Responsible for the Operation of Business Applications and all IT Services including Data Centers, Servers, Storage, Network, Security, Virtualization, Private Cloud, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity and large IT Project Management experience.
I started my career in Siemens as IT System Administrator and Helpdesk Supervisor, then moved to Orange Business Services as First Line Manager then IT Infrastructure Manager in Global Telecom Holding and currently IT Operations Manager in Palm Hills Developments.
I hold an MBA from Arab Academy of Science and Technology, PMP Certificate, ITIL V3 Foundation, B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University and High school certificate from College De La Salle (Frères).
