• Reporting to Production Manager / Operations Head. (Maintenance / Production).
• 5 Supervisors, 55 Operators, 100 Contract Labours & 10 Fitters/Electricians reporting to me.
• Manage Factory Maint. Operations in shifts as per Stds. / Work Instructions to achieve reqd. Qlty., Safety & Productivity; Monitoring Productivity & Qlty. of Operators & Maint. Crew.
• Shift/Day/Week/Month-wise Prodn. / Maint. Planning, Scheduling & Sequencing.
• Problem Solving, Organizing, Decision Making, Communication & Negotiation Skills.
• Exposure to ISO,GMP,TPM,5S,SMED,LCA,KANBAN,6σ & Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Utilize resources economically and as per company rules and work instructions.
• Inventory Stock updating / evaluation & Stock Management for smooth operation.
• Plan / Execute / Follow up Maint. Activities, Work Orders, scrap entry, Qlty. Records, etc.
• Inventory Maint., 3rd party inspection, procuring of materials and factory operating supplies.
• Receipt, Storage, identification, Codification, issue and accountability of RM, tools & spares.
• Installation & Validation of new equipments, New Product / Process Development Protocol Preparation & Execution, Prodn. Sequencing & M/c loading based on various requirements.
• Resp. for TBM / CBM, History Cards, Int./Ext. customer complaints and taking CA & PA.
• Maintaining good Industrial relations between HR & workers, Training Operators, etc.
• Managing a team to follow GMP, Safety, Qlty. Stds., Policies & Procedures of the company.
• IN Materials approval, Prodn. / Maint. Job Order creation & TECO thro’ SAP / SYSPRO.
• Preparation and revision of SOP, Process flowcharts, Check lists and Maintenance schedules.
• Prepare R & M Budgets, Capex & Coordinating Suppliers for spare procurement based-ROL.
• Planning Project activities / Boughtouts list Preparation, Scheduling and Contract handling.
• Drg. Execution, In-House Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of projects in site on time.
• Exposure to SABMiller MEP stds. & SKF-CBM (Vibration Analysis and Shaft Alignment).
