Thirty (30) years’ experience in safety engineering, with 25 of them in the oil & gas industry. Oil & Gas areas include exploration, production, gas processing and transportation, oil processing/storage and transportation. Facilities comprise drilling rigs, wellhead platforms, offshore processing complexes, FPSOs, FPUs, pipelines, onshore wells, oil & gas processing plants, LNG/LPG plants, shale oil, oil sands, oil storage and oil terminals. Other areas include defence naval, rail transportation and nuclear power station projects.

Experience includes 25 years in the management and audit of HSE in projects, and corporate functions of major oil & gas companies. Held senior level positions in International Oil Companies, Project Management Teams (PMT), Project Management Consultancies (PMC), and in Design Engineering Contractors and Consultancies, with technical authority to deal with all safety/HSE related matters.

Project HSE experience involves onshore and offshore projects worth multi-billion USD, covering most life cycle phases (Conceptual, Pre-Project, FEED, EPV, and Pre-Commissioning).
