• Accountable for formulating sales and loading plans and annual business targets for the total product range – Bitumen, AGO ( Diesel), DPK, MS and Bitumen Emulsions , PMB,PMB Emulsions
• Contributing towards the development of the business portfolio by focusing on new customers, clients(Government, Ministries) as well as the opening new markets in given area parameters
• Deftly negotiating and securing favorable contracts and agreements with preferred customers (locally) for the expansion of business ( Tie ups and joint ventures)
• Managing all trade account receivables as well as aging on a regular basis with Account Receivable Manager and Financial Controller
• Maintaining the track for daily invoicing vs. target revenue to assess linearity and identifying potential upsides or issues vs. monthly sales target and revenue and margin targets
• Conducting the weekly & monthly sales reviews with individual sales team to ascertain the sales performance. Sales Growth, sales action implementation, thereby guiding regional workforce in corrective action programs
• Working in coordination with 8 Emulsion Plants and 4 Terminals to ensure control over indent planning and regular supplies to customers and fuel retail outlets w.r.t. tanker truck loading and to ensure timely loadings and deliveries to customer sites in order to have minimal dry out situations at the customer end
• Adroitly ensuring adherence to company’s standards on quality and quantity and implementation of the company’s Environment, Health and Safety standards
