Human Resources has been a passion of mine and I have worked with HR for more than ten years. I would like to pursue my career in the same field to continue building my skills, while offering my experience and knowledge to the organization I work with.
I have spent most of my career with Nestlé Middle East in Dubai and even after leaving Dubai to follow my spouse, I have worked remotely with the company. I am looking for a move only because my personal life requires me to move my base back to Dubai.
I am an associate CIPD with an experience of managing compliance for the Middle East and Lean Management for HR across the Market. In my last role I had the opportunity to implement and own the Learning Management System, support the Market (cluster of 13 countries within the Middle East) for SAP trainings while Managing the “Leading Self” and “Learning Managers” part of our curriculum, design various programs which include functional on-boarding programs and develop the internal newsletters for Leadership and other soft skills.
