I am a banking professional with more than 11 years of experience in the banking industry. I started my career as a Customer Serve Representative (CSR) at the HSBC Call Centre- Sri Lanka and performed above and beyond the call of duty. I have won several awards for sales and customer service. The team that managed which consisted of 15CSRs won the best sales team award. For the past seven years I have been involved in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and have been managing high net worth individuals and built long term relationships. My portfolio consisted of more than 500 overseas Premier clients and I thrived to deliver the global brand and its promises at all times.
I effectively acquired and retained customers and performed technical sales and identified opportunities to cross sell products. I am a good team player with analytical and problem solving skills, language skills and technical knowledge in marketing and customer relationship management.
My vision is to become the best top class service professional by capitalizing on my experience and further sharpening my skills and knowledge while striving to continuously improve and acquire new skills.
