Dispatch of material Motor , Pump , CFL , CMI , LED Bulb , Blast , Lighting , Fixture ( C LUM – Consumer Luminaries , P LUM – Professional Luminaries ) , Water Heater , Air Cooler & Solar ( SOLAR POWER GENERATING SYSTEM/EQUIPMENT) from 7 plant units and all Commercial Activities like control on Freight Cost , smooth dispatch of Sales & Stock Transfer Material to 38 branches and PAN India customer , control on GIT ( Goods In Transit - MM) for outgoing and incoming defective material from branch to plant , monitoring of Reverse Logistics , control on Sales Return material , control on Short – Excess material and Warehouse Management.
