- Experience in piloting new survey projects, troubleshooting or re-survey of on-going projects, managing multiple survey projects in multiple sites.
- Experienced in heading survey parties of contractor and consulting group.
- Strong aptitude for various complex survey mathematics, computer and instruments, with high degree of attention to details and patience for accuracy.
- Mastered skill set in preparing and checking survey drafts and drawings based on collected data using computer aided programs for analysis, report and presentation.
- Ability to gather, verify and integrate data from any source to determine comprehensive plan and best approach for survey parties.
- Actively conducts daily site inspections to provide technical guidance, safety and risk advice, address concerns and update progress of the survey team to gather timely and accurate data needed by construction and other engineering trades.
- Utilizes and troubleshoots survey equipment and instruments in a precise and accurate manner.
- Operates various brands and latest models of Automatic Level, Total Stations and GPS.
- Thorough knowledge and use of GIS, GPS and data collection and processing.
- Trained in H2S & BA Awareness & Escape (Level 2) in UAE.
- Inducted in HSE Life Protection Rules (LPR), Trained in Basic Fire Fighting (UAE).
- Permit to Work (PTW) course approved by ADCO HSE to access and approve contractor’s PTWs for daily site and high risk survey works.
- Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers in K.S.A., Professional Engineer Level.
- Licensed/Professional Geodetic Engineer in the Philippines.
- Degree in Geodetic Engineering and Associate Degree in Civil Technology.
- Post-Graduate Certification on AutoCAD & Land Desktop applications.
- Skilled driver with valid licenses in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
- Fourteen years of survey experience, eight of which are in the Middle East.
- Middle East experience from basic up to high risk surveys and inspections.
- Middle East and international work and safety standards and best practices.
- Quick learner with the enthusiasm to adapt and use new technologies.
