I am an Italian project manager with a strong international experience.

I am currently in Riyadh, KSA where I am following the construction of various prestigious projects with a large Main Contractor, by leading a large multi-ethnic team of professionals.

My responsibilities include:

- Manages and coordinates large and complex construction projects through all phases of design, permitting and construction;
- Operates with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative;

- Build a strong relationship with the client Sr. Management, understand and react to their concerns, and ensure that my team is exceeding their expectations;

- Being accountable for any profit and loss figures;
- Consolidate and analyze profitability, revenue, margins;
- Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects;
- Be responsible for the pre-planning and development of the site to enable a safe and efficient delivery of the project taking account of all risks;

- Being accountable for the quality of the deliverables of the project;

- Prepare proper weekly and monthly statement reports;

- Report any areas of concern to the General Manager;

- Ensures quality assurance procedures take place for all practice engagements;
- Monitor the progress of construction works and amend the sequence or methodology to ensure that overall completion dates are met.
