As a Construction/Fabrication HSE Professional Expat with over 21 years HSE hands on and managerial/supervisory roles, primarily oil & gas Greenfield and Brownfield projects, as well as Power & Utilities, civil, pipelines, drilling, gas gathering & wellhead engineering design, steel erection and module/spool fabrication, I know I have the skills and experience necessary to be a valuable asset to any company. As PMC/Client and/or EPC Contractor, I have approved, written and or commented on various policies, plans, procedures, Risk analysis and method statements for major multi-billion dollar projects during the Engineering design stage and the on-site implementation phases using ALARP/ALARA, ISO, BSEN, ARAMCO, SABIC and OSHA standards.
I have present and past qualifications and associations with IOSH, IIRSM, C&G, ASSE, NFPA, CITB and NEBSM, and have worked across all levels of the Safety industry from Safety Officer, Advisor, Supervisor, Engineer and Manager. Having worked for many of the world’s largest Oil & Gas majors, Civil and erection Contractors, my knowledge and experience is wide-ranging and extensive and always in line with Loss prevention at the highest level.
