• Excellent in variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook,
PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets.
• All kind of records or inventory maintaining at store.
• Well in arranging business tour such as booking tickets & rooms and
meeting/conference facilities.
• Ordering and tracing goods and equipment as well furnishing and maintaining.
• Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
• Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other
colleagues.
• Well organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer‐based information.
• Good in keep clear and accurate records and reports.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is
accurate and up to date.
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate PMC, Client, Staff, Subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their
distribution clearly.
• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
• Excellent working skill in Graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop PageMaker and CorelDraw.
