• Excellent in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and specifications; as well as quantity take off.
• Proven ability to prepare and finalise subcontract and supplier RFP documents through detailed analysis of scope, drawings, BOM, specifications, etc. while reviewing legal and commercial T&Cs as applicable.
• Conversant with drafting sub contracts as per FIDIC & JCT conditions of contract.
• In-depth experience in sourcing, contractor/supplier prequalification, techno-commercial evaluation of submittals, negotiations, finalization of contract agreements, awards, post-award follow up and contract close out.
• Working experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of projects with user proficiency in MS Project / Primavera 6.
• Track record of experience in project management functions in the role project engineer.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 from British Standards Institution.
• Strong team player with excellent analytical, liaison, networking, communication and problem solving skills.
