Experienced in End to End co-ordination, Project Management and establishing the process in projects based on ITIL and ensure the 100% quality in delivery with 100% compliance. Have experienced in the different lifecycles of SDLC. Worked in Onsite (Phoenix-Arizona, USA) for 7 months and also could be a part of establishing a project in offshore by gaining knowledge from client side from onsite (Houston, Texas-USA). Having worked in different areas such as client management, customer service management, service delivery, service improvement plans, operations, I learned and developed my skills on these areas and would like to continue my journey ahead. Most of my career I worked with ITIL Service management/Service Delivery and Team Management roles.
