Managing performance, coaching and energizing staff to ensure daily, weekly, monthly achievement of service levels and individual performance.

Reporting to the Co-Owners of the company.

Approving budgets for the staff incentives, handling multi cross functional departments like – IT, Software, HR, Quality and Operations (predominant)
