- Deliver technical support from initial contact to deal closure, with an emphasis on understanding and addressing customer requirements.
- Provide application design of Low Current, Security & Communication Systems and support sales representatives in the field or meeting.
- Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposal for the project.
- Provide expert level technical design and assistance to sales team.
- Provide guidance, direction and assistance in the resolution of customer issues and sales team.
- Contribute to Requests for Pricing (RFP’s) and Requests for Information (RFI’s) responses.
- Build, maintain and enhance customer relationships as applicable.
- Check design compatibility and fitness of proposal
- Conduct site surveys for the design of solution as per the customer requirement.
- Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes and designs.
- Preparation of tender documents, technical & commercial presentation, technical submittal, proposals, project plan etc.
- Pro-actively nourish relationships with customers from the initial consultation through development and deployment.
- Provide technical support to the System Integrators for design and configuration of the system.
