I am a MTech (Power Electronics) from IISc-Bangalore, with around 25 Yrs experience, and have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some great companies and some truly brilliant people in my career.

Presently, I am a member of the SunEdison Microinverter Research Group and providing solutions by working with a cross functional team of Firmware, Electrical, Mechanical and Thermal Engineers. I was rated as a top performer this year. However, due to the imminent closure of SunEdison, I am seeking a Technical Management role in Power Electronics R&D or Failure Analysis/QA/ DVT/Application Engg.

The divisions in some of the companies I worked in (GE, Delta, SunEdison) closed down due business compulsions. In every organization I have worked I have contributed significantly through innovation, hardwork and commitment. As a result I have developed within myself unique skills in complete product development life cycle, in addition to a strong core technical expertise in power electronics design.I also have good mentoring and team-building skills.

In my prior employment at Havells India I was heading a R&D team of 3 Managers and 20 Engineers, and made significant contributions in LED Lighting and Drivers.
