 Have extensive experience in implementation projects for Siebel Financial Services,Siebel loyalty, public sector, sales and Opportunity Management. I have performed Siebel technical and functional roles with brilliance. I have good hands on experience in Siebel configuration, business automation and data migration

 In-depth knowledge of lead & Opportunity management, campaign management and loyalty management including core business processes, business scenarios and data analytics. I have handled core modules (Loyalty, Campaign, Leads) as business analyst and have designed business processes for all customer interactions and transactions emerging from all touch points.

 I have extensive experience of consulting, requirement gathering and gap analysis. As a business analyst, I have worked closely with customer to understand current business processes, business model and designed future state processes, mapped business requirements to Siebel functionality, define test scenarios and facilitated user acceptance testing.
