Freanahita Tata Nair

I have an MBA with distinction in the field of Human Resource Management. I am an alumni of the Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai. I have been associated with the corporate industry in varied fields since 1994. My experience has been vast and I have been associated with industries as diverse as airline and hospitality to real estate, market research and BPOs.

After handling KPAs in the Managerial cadre, I have found my true calling in training. I have conducted soft skills and other associated trainings for multinationals and have a flair for ex-tempore and on-the-spot trainings which I conduct for junior as well as middle management levels. I have hands-on experience with both, US as well as UK based BPOs and am extremely comfortable with conducting trainings / fulfilling my responsibilities with any work which may be a part of my KPAs and which may necessitate long hours.

I am extremely flexible with timings as well as travel, since my personal responsibilities have been taken care of. I am vivacious and bring with me an exuberant spirit which is contagious and motivates the team to relate to me as well as to the work being assigned to me.

I have the perfect blend of professionalism with a personalised touch. My passion for my work and compassion for people around me has added a rare but much needed value to the facet of the corporate industry.
