Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience in the area of inspection and repair of pressure vessels and pipelines in the oil petrochemical industry , specifically in the Paraguaná Refining Complex (CRP) of Venezuelan Oil Company PDVSA and Knowledge in application of NDT (Magnetic Particle, Liquid penetrant, Ultrasonic (thickness measurement), ),welding, corrosion , international codes, standards, regulations and recommended practices according with API, ASME, TEMA, AWS, NACE and many more. Also with experience as Corrosion Loops Analyst and in-Service Inspection philosophies, in order to generate optimal inspection programs for piping and equipment of Process Units. Check construction drawings and the design static equipments specifications to confirm them with the existing ones in field and to check if they are in accordance with the national and international regulations. On the other hand, give recommendations to future maintenance in the Work Scopes, as well as improvements that can be applied to make the equipment more reliable and efficient.
