2. WORK EXPERIENCE

 Operations Executive in Sivananda Electronics from 01.08.2012 till 15.06.2015.

• Handling of Marketing Operations and Sales promotion activities. Providing budgetary offers for Service and Sales along with its negotiations.
• To coordinate customer service and provide information on the unit’s policies, products and equipment and making recommendations based on customer requirements. Ensure prompt response and efficient use of unit’s resources. Determines whether enquires are of a technical nature and refers to the appropriate departments.
• To evaluate new potential markets and generate customers.
• To organizes, distributes and verify the work of service engineers and participate in their training. Establishes priorities, allocates material and human resources to concerned sites.
• Maintain computerized information systems and participates in their development to improve efficiency within the unit. Also Assistance in Tender filling activities.
• Scheduling engineers visit for installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Contacting appropriate companies for estimates for repair costs. Ensures renewal of maintenance contracts, Annual maintenance contracts with existing customers and arranging for new contracts.
• Analyzing and rectification of any problems with the service providers / customer. Monitors accounting statements for discrepancies and follows up for correction.
• Explaining to clients the options available with regard to equipment. Handles exception in the application of policies and procedure.
• Monitors the preparation of bills and the balancing of cash receipts. Oversees the maintenance of transaction records and the completion of data on the use of equipment and services.
