I hold a Degree in ‘Computer Engineering’ from M.H.Saboo Siddik College of Engineering, Mumbai University passing year of 2012.Currently working as IT Supervisor For GULF Petrochemicals Services & TRDG LLC Muscat, Oman. I have a good knowledge of Complete IT Infrastructure setup for more than 250 users including Data & Voice. IT Support including Hardware, Software, Networking for organization of 200+ users. Configuration, Installation and Supports of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Products various software required for design and engineering. Maintain records of all the IT Equipment / Assets Management. Managing Firewall User statistics, Group Policy, Daily report, Configuration and Maintenance task
