How to Change the Language on the Display
The ribbon, buttons, tabs, and other controls within Word are controlled by the display language. To force Word to use a display language other than the one your operating system supports:

Choose File > Options.

Select your preferred Display Language and Help Language in the section under "Choose Your Display Language." Windows 10 includes the following languages installed.

Select Get more display and help languages from Office.com to find the language you need if it isn't already available. Close Word and launch it again after installing a Language Accessory Pack if necessary. Your computer might also need to restart. Go to the Word Options menu and select the language pack from the Display Language and Help Language lists once a language pack has loaded.

For the lists of Display Language and Help Language, choose Set as Default.
