The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, starting from offer letter generation, on boarding, HRIS, managing employee relations, compensation and benefits planning, collating payroll inputs, generating periodic salary analysis reports, employee grievance handling, legal matters and managing the exit formalities.
