DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Interpretation of the lab results and due process conditions modifications;
• Routine inspections, monitoring process parameters(temperature,pressure,flow and level);
• Monitoring the performance of static and rotating equipment and making adjustments to all equipment according to procedures;
• Report unusual observations and making process adjustments;
• Problem solving;
• Receive instruction from DCS panel operator to perform specific tasks;
• Shut down equipment/system;
• Prepare equipment/system for maintenance under permit to work system. Isolation standards;
• Start-up equipment/system
• Responding to emergence/ hazardous conditions;
• Support of company safety, environment and quality policies and programs;
• Performs hand-over activity at the end of the week to ensure that my relief is aware of any condition that requires special attention in order to maintain safe and efficient production.
