To be performing with monitor erection activities of boiler and its auxiliaries at Site and check whether or not installation/erection works are in accord with approved procedures, applicable laws and conditions of the art. To ensure together with Subcontractors or the Clients encoded check-points (ITP) for proper erection of boiler and its auxiliaries at various stages of erection process.

General Role and Responsibilities
• Boq and Technical specification of the project, contract terms and condition need to be studied to know about the total project scope.
• Based on the total BOQ we need to identify the individual work quantity like structural steel, piping, Electrical and etc..
• Sub contactor quotation and negotiation and approval to be followed for all individual work
• After finalization of contactor need to follow mobilization of material manpower.
• Schedule of each and every activity to be planned by monthly ,weekly and daily basis.
• Schedule to be discussed with subordinate and subcontractor to achieve the target as a team work.
• Follow up with daily manpower, material and resource as per planning schedule.
• Daily stage by stage inspection follow-up and get JMR approval from client..
• Responsible for achieving zero accident to ensure that the procedures are in line with applicable codes/standards.
• Monthly and weekly site coordination meetings with Client and subcontractors with the objective of establishing project and site status for schedule, construction matters, regulatory compliance and risk analysis.
• Erection of boiler and its auxiliaries including planning of temporary platform/supports/devise required for installation/erection works.
• Daily manpower allocation for all works as per the priority basis.
• Confirm the completeness and correctness of the Erection Handover Packages prepared by Client.
• To take the lead in resolving any construction issues.
• Preparation of sub-contractor billing for their completed works

1. NATRIP TEST Track, Oragadam, Chennai. | MEP Incharge, Nov 2015 - Dec 2016
 Responsible with MEP activity for site execution that include structural fabrication and erection, procurement of grating fabrication and HDPE piping; Coordination for All Electrical Activity Installation and testing and commissioning.
 Coordination with client and L&T design and technical team with Vendor for approval of all MEP item (Sprinkler, top cover, HDPE pipeline, WTP, and all electrical time like pole, cable, panel, highmast and etc).
 Regular follow-up with vendor for supplying material; co-ordination with sub-contractor for allocating manpower as per the schedule and work priority; client inspection for work certification after completion of work activity.
