Greetings!

Attached herewith is a copy of my CV for your kind consideration. I am interested in applying for any Architectural position suited my experience. I’m currently working at Emarati Engineering Consultancy (EEC) where we design Private and Commercial Villas, Low rise residential and commercial building and Office fit-outs.

Prior to working with the Emarati Engineering Consultancy I worked for Engineer's Office, a private office of the ruler of Dubai where we design Residential, Majlis and Recreational Facilities exclusively for Royal Family.

In EEC, I was assigned as Senior Architect where I lead and guide the design team from concept design to design implementation. I am also responsible in overseeing the on-going projects by monitoring the work schedule, materials submission and approval, discussing shop drawings and other details with the junior architects and site engineer. I am responsible in dealing with clients by updating them regularly with the monthly report showing the work progress and financial status. Working with EEC gave me a lot of knowledge and developed my skills in terms of Architecture, Construction, Client relationship and Staff management.

I have gained a lot of valuable experiences in design and construction fields during my previous jobs with different companies (refer to my resume). My 13 years of work experience gave me the knowledge to understand the principles of design, oversee the work needed to complete a project on time and ability to motivate & mentor the team.
